Bachelor degree in B.E or B.Tech in the field of Chemical Engineering or Chemical Technology or Pulp and Paper Technology or Bachelor of Arts or Science Degree with Post Graduate Diploma in the field of Pulp and Paper Technology or Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in the field of Pulp and Paper Science or Technology or B.Tech in the field of Cellulose Technology or M.Sc in the field of Pulp and Paper or Cellulose and Paper Technology with minimum twenty nine years to thirty two years of Post qualification working experience in the relevant field.

General Manager (Pulp & Soda Recovery

Bachelor degree in B.E or B.Tech in the field of Chemical Engineering or Chemical Technology or Pulp and Paper Technology or Bachelor of Arts or Science Degree with Post Graduate Diploma in the field of Pulp and Paper Technology with minimum twenty six years to twenty nine years of Post qualification working experience in the relevant field.

Deputy General Manager (Marketing)

Bachelor of Engineering Degree with Master of Business Administrative in the field of Marketing or Post Graduate Diploma in the field of Marketing Management or Bachelor of Arts or Science Degree in the field of Commerce with twenty six years of post qualification working experience in the relevant field.

Senior Manager (Human Resource)

Bachelor Degree in Arts or Science or Engineering or Master of Arts in the field of Social Work with Domain in Personnel Management or Industrial Relations or Labour Welfare or HRM or Master of Business Administrative inn the field of Human Resources with nineteen years of post qualification experience in the relevant field.

Age Limit

• Chief General Manager-Minimum 52 Years to Maximum 55 Years
• General Manager-Minimum 49 Years to Maximum 55 Years
• Deputy General Manager-minimum 46 Years to Maximum 55 Years
• Senior Manager (Human Resource)-minimum 39 Years to Maximum 53 Years.
