Candidates with a Bachelor's degree in B.E or B.Tech in the relevant field or post graduate diploma in the field of Pulp and Paper Technology with thirty two years of post qualification experience in the relevant field.

General Manager-Finance

Candidates with a degree in the field of Chartered Accountant or Cost and Management Accountant with minimum twenty nine years of post qualification experience in the relevant field.

Management Trainee-Human Resource

Candidates with a Master of Arts in the field of Personnel Management or Industrial Relations or Labor Welfare or Master of Social work in the field of Human Resource or Master of Business Administration in Human Resource.

Management Trainee-Plantation

Candidates with a Bachelor's degree in B.Sc in the field of Agriculture or Forestry or Horticulture or Master's degree in M.Sc in the field of Botany

Age Limit

• Executive Director-Operations-Maximum 57 years
• General Manager-Finance-Minimum 49 years to Maximum 55 years
• Management Trainee-Human Resource or Management Trainee-Plantation-Maximum 27 years.
