General Manager (HR)

Candidates with a master's degree in the field of Business Administration or post graduate degree or diploma in the field of Human Resource or Personnel Management and Industrial Relations with minimum twenty four years of post qualification experience in the relevant field.

General Manager (Finance)

Candidates with a Degree in the field of Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant with minimum twenty four years of post qualification experience in the relevant field with minimum twenty four years of post qualification experience in the relevant field.

General Manager (RF Systems & Microwave Designs)

Candidates with a master's degree in M.E or M.Tech in the field of Microwave or RADAR Engineering with minimum twenty four years of post qualification experience in the relevant field.

General Manager (Defence Systems-North Zone)

Candidates with a master's degree in M.E or M.Tech in the relevant field with minimum twenty four years of post qualification experience in the relevant field.

Senior Manager-HR

Candidates with a master's degree in the field of Business Administration or post graduate degree or diploma in the field of Human Resource or Personnel Management and Industrial Relations with minimum fourteen years of post qualification experience in the relevant field.

Senior Manager-Law

Candidates with a bachelor's degree in the field of Law or master's degree in the field of Law will be preferred with minimum fourteen years of post qualification experience in the relevant field.

Senior Manager-RF systems & Microwave Designs

Candidates with a master's degree in M.E or M.Tech in the field of Microwave or RADAR Engineering with minimum fourteen years of post qualification experience in the relevant field.

Age Limit

• General Manager-Maximum 55 Years
• Senior Manager-Maximum 42 Years.
