Candidates with Master of Business Administration or Post Graduate Diploma in Business Analytics or Postgraduate Diploma in Management or Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management in the field of Personnel Management or Human Resource or Industrial Relations or Labour Welfare with minimum twenty-three years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.

General Manager HR)

Candidates with Master of Business Administration or Post Graduate Diploma in Business Analytics or Postgraduate Diploma in Management or Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management in the field of Personnel Management or Human Resource or Industrial Relations or Labour Welfare with minimum Nineteen years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.

Assistant Manager (Mechanical)

Candidates with bachelor's degree in B.E or B.Tech in the field of Mechanical Engineering or Production or Production and Industrial or Manufacturing with minimum two years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.

• General Manager HR)-Maximum 49 Years
• Assistant Manager (Mechanical)-Maximum 32 Years.
