Officer / Engineer/ Management Trainee

Candidates with Bachelor Degree in B.E or B.Tech in the field of Mechanical or Marine Automobile or Production Engineering or Master of Business Administration in the relevant field or Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in the field of Personnel Management with two years of post qualification experience in the relevant field.

Assistant Manager

Candidates with Bachelor Degree in B.E or B.Tech in the field of Mechanical or Marine Automobile or Production Engineering or Master of Business Administration in the relevant field or Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in the field of Personnel Management with minimum four years of post qualification experience in the relevant field.

Senior Manager

Candidates with Bachelor Degree in B.E or B.Tech in the field of Mechanical or Marine or Automobile or Postgraduate degree or Master of Business Administration with minimum eleven years of post qualification experience in the relevant field.

Assistant General Manager

Lieutenant Colonel in the Indian Army, holding a university degree or its equivalent within the Indian Army and Only Armoured Corps and Mech. Infantry officers are eligible to apply with Minimum thirteen years of post qualification experience in the relevant field.

Deputy General Manager

Colonel in the Indian Army having a university degree or its equivalent in the Indian Army and Only Armoured Corps and Mech. Infantry officers are eligible to apply or Bachelor Degree in B.E or B.Tech in the field of Mechanical or Electrical or Electronics or Naval Architecture Engineering or Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in the field of technology or management with Minimum sixteen years of post qualification experience in the relevant field.

Chief General Manager

Candidates with Graduate Degree in Engineering in the relevant field or Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in the field of technology or management with minimum twenty one years of post qualification experience in the relevant field.

Junior Executives-HR

Master of Business Administration in the relevant field or Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in the field of Personnel Management or Master of Arts in the relevant field with zero to one years of working experience in the relevant field.

Age Limit

• Chief General Manager-Maximum 58 Years
• Deputy General Manager-Maximum 45 Years
• Assistant General Manager-Maximum 42 Years
• Senior Manager-Maximum 39 Years
• Assistant Manager-Maximum 30 Years
• Officer / Engineer/ Management Trainee or Junior Executives-HR-Maximum 27 Years.
