Graduate Degree in Ph.D in the field of Industrial Psychology or Organisational Psychology or Educational Measurement or Psychological Measurement or Psychometrics or HR.

Research Associate

Post Graduation in the field of Psychology or Education or Psychological Measurement or Psychometrics or Management(Specialization in HR) with One year experience in the field of academic Research or Test Development with Knowledge in Computer Operating.

Hindi Officer

Master Degree in Any Field other than English or Hindi with one year experience in the field of Hindi translation of various reports or Documents or Letters in a bank or financial with Knowledge MS word & Excel in Hindi & English and Computer Operating.

IT Engineer (Data Centre)

Graduate Degree in B.E or B.Tech in the field of Computer Science Engineering or Information Technology with Three Years of post qualification work experience in the relevant field.

IT Database Administrator

Graduate Degree in B.E or B.Tech or MCA or M.SC(Information Technology) or M.SC (Computer Science)with Three Years of post qualification work experience in the field of Database Administration, including DB Creation, deletion, Schema design, Metadata and similar activities especially of MS-SQL / My SQL

Software Developer and Tester

Graduate Degree in B.E or B.Tech or MCA or M.SC(Information Technology) or M.SC (Computer Science)with Three Years of post qualification work experience in the relevant field.
