Private Secretary

Candidates with Graduate Degree in the relevant field with minimum three years of experience as Personal Assistant.

Accountant

Master Degree in the field of Commerce with minimum three years of experience in the relevant field.

Personal Assistant

Bachelor Degree in the relevant field and Diploma in the field of Stenography and A typing speed must be 100/40 words per minute in English shorthand with three years of experience in the relevant field.

Junior Superintendent (Technical)

Bachelor Degree in B.E or B.Tech in the field of Computer Science or Information Technology or Remote Sensing with three years of experience in the relevant field.

Technical Assistant

Bachelor Degree in the relevant field with two years of experience in hardware or software or trouble shooting or systems management.

Library Assistant

Candidates with Graduate Degree in the relevant field and Degree or Diploma or Certificate course in Library Science or Information Technology with minimum one year of post qualification experience in the relevant field.

Graphic Designer/ Senior Technical Assistant (Publication)

Master Degree in the field of Design or Post Graduate Diploma in the field of Design with two years of experience in the relevant field.

Graphic Assistant/Technical Assistant (Publications)

Bachelor Degree in the field of Design or Diploma in the field of Design with two years of experience in the relevant field.

Age Limit

• Assistant Registrar (on Deputation) or Personal Assistant(deputation) or Junior Superintendent (Technical) (deputation)-Maximum 56 Years
• Section Officer or Library Assistant-Maximum 35 Years
• Private Secretary or Graphic Designer/ Senior Technical Assistant (Publication)-Maximum 45 Years
• Accountant or Graphic Assistant/ Technical Assistant (Publications)-Maximum 40 Years
• Personal Assistant(direct recruitment) or Junior Superintendent (Technical) (Direct Recruitment) or Technical Assistant-Maximum 32 Years,
