DGM or Manager (Signal & Telecom) Bachelor's Degree in the field of Electronics & Communication Engineering(ECE) or Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE). DGM Post: Six years of experience in Group-A or Ten Years of experience in Group-B. Manager Post: Seven years of experience in Group-B or Ten years of experience in Group-C as SSE or SE.
