Post Graduate Degree in the relevant field or candidate must be an Associate of the Institute of Architects or possess B.Arch Degree or possess Degree or Diploma in the relevant field with Maximum three years of experience in Town Planning works or B.E in the field of Civil Engineering with Maximum two years of Town Planning works or Bachelor Degree in Technology in Planning with two years of experience in the relevant field.
